Shipping Policy

Horror Woven partners with major international shipping companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, which work with local couriers to deliver orders directly to your door.

You will be charged when your order is placed. All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. To help prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed or cancelled.

Shipping Process

We require approximately 2–5 business days to process and fulfill your order before it is transferred to the shipping carrier. Some orders may take longer, especially around major holidays, during periods of high demand, or if an item is experiencing stock availability issues. In some cases, processing may take up to 10 business days.

Once your order has begun processing through our shipping department, we may be unable to make changes, including changes to the shipping address. Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

We process and ship orders on business days and do not typically ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates due to differences in manufacturing or fulfillment locations.

Tracking

All orders are processed with tracking information. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched to the carrier.

For some shipping companies, it may take several days for tracking information to update in the carrier's system. If your order was shipped and there is still no tracking information available after several business days, please contact us at horrorwoven@gmail.com.

Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on the destination country or region. Specific delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Please note: The delivery estimates above are in business days and do not include our 2–5 business day processing time.

While we will do everything reasonably possible to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, Horror Woven cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, labor disputes, protests, or other unexpected disruptions.

Duties, Taxes and Other Fees

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs clearance fees once the shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Horror Woven has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If a shipment is refused and returned, the customer may be responsible for any import taxes, customs fees, and return shipping costs incurred.

Customs policies vary by country. If you have questions regarding potential fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

Horror Woven is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, please contact the appropriate shipping carrier to report the issue and file a claim. You may also contact us at horrorwoven@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you with the available shipping information.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at horrorwoven@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damage.

We may use timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing lost, damaged, or return requests.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and correct before submitting an order.

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible, so we may be unable to make changes after an order has been placed. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot retrieve it to change the delivery address.
