Return Policy
Horror Woven will accept items for return or exchange that are purchased from our website within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- There are no visible signs of damage.
- All original packaging is intact.
- Any signs of damage may compromise the Horror Woven return guarantee.
Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Several types of goods may be exempt from being returned. We also do not accept returns of intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email and order number.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning an item.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Horror Woven cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment. Please allow additional processing time depending on your bank or financial institution.
Late or Missing Refunds
There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. 2–3 business days is normal, although processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Gifts
Please follow the return instructions above for online orders. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of your approved return. Once the returned item has been received and approved, a digital gift certificate may be emailed to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team at horrorwoven@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect so our team can review your request.
If the damage is not reported within this 48-hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. We may use tracking information and delivery confirmation from the shipping carrier when reviewing damage or return requests.
